School Office

Our school office staff are here to help you and can be contacted in person at the school or by phone on 01388 832576. If you have any questions or need to pass on information regarding your child’s absence, school meals, uniform, medication, payments, wraparound care, etc. please contact the school as soon as possible. Absences must be reported on the first day of your child’s absence.

School Timings

The official timing of the school day is 8.45am to 3.15pm, which amounts to 32.5 hours per week. The structure of the school day is as follows:

Children can access school from 8:45am. Registers close at 9:15am – after this time, your child will receive an unauthorised late mark.

Reception and Key Stage 1 children access school via the main school entrance and Key Stage 2 children use the top gate.

School offers Breakfast Club provision from 8:00am at a cost of £1.50 per child, per day.

Messages will regularly be sent out to parents/carers as reminders and to update you on any changes in school or specific information about your child through the Arbor App. Please ensure the school has an up to date mobile number and at least two emergency contact numbers.
